Club History Northwest British Classics began in the middle
80's as a single marque automobile club, specifically Triumph sports
cars. A group of owners and
other enthusiasts in the Boise, Idaho area began what was to become,
Triumph Owners and Drivers, a British sporting automobile club. Better
known as T.
O. A. D. The membership grew to around 15 and as one or two people from
the Boise area moved to Northern Idaho, they brought the club with
them. In a
short time the club grew to 20 or so members throughout the state and
also drawing from Montana and Washington. The club officers and
newsletter and
activities were geared mostly to that area centered in and around North
Idaho, Eastern Washington and Western Montana. |
